Karen Lynne is a retired registered psychotherapist, teacher and spiritual coach. She has over 33 years of experience helping clients unravel the objections and obstacles that they encounter on their journey to personal happiness, faith and freedom.

Karen holds a Master's designation in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Integrative Energy Therapies, and Psychosomatic Therapies, and is also trained as an Advanced Integrative Energy Therapist, Gestalt Therapist, EFT Therapist, Ascension Integration Master Trainer, Neuro- Linguistic Therapist, Daring WayTM Facilitator, and Rising StrongTM Facilitator. Karen also works within the modalities of Time-Line Regression, Relational Dynamics, Trauma Recovery and Spiritual Mentorship.
